Human Meat was born in a second-hand store as Tom (ex-Ananda, Knut, Fingerprint, Jasmine..) saw a mint HM2 on a shelf (pretty cheap too). Back home he starts writing riffs again after a long hiatus. Then on the Web, he and Camille (Dreams of the Drowned, Stagnant Waters, Nuisible in studio) met talking in a thread about the mighty AcMe... They started to chat quite a lot about HM2 pedals, old Peavey combos, 90's HC, home recording, Sunlight & Kuschelrock Studios.... When Camille learnt that Tom was demoing riffs they proposed him to play the drums and take care of the production. Later Alan (Cult of Nonsense, ex-As We Bleed) joined on vocals and the line-up was complete. After a slow but effective recording session in the home studios of each members, the first demo was completed : two tracks of intense death metal rooted in the 90s, with lots of grind and hardcore influences.
